Turntable Workstation is a well-known method to perform multiple difficult tasks simultaneously in a confined space in order to reduce the number of manpower and break-through space constraints. We have extensive experience on fabricating a Heavy Duty Turntable that has linear tolerance as low as less than 0.5mm for 1.5meter diameter table top. Customized light duty turntables can achieve even lower tolerance for accurate application.
Our 2-Axis Heavy Duty Turntable System can perform difficult tasks which manpower simply can’t do easily. This system was designed to be in use robot welding, with 2-axis turntable, welding tasks can be performed at almost all angles while maintaining a good welding angle to the work piece, hence ensuring the welding outcome of the product. Other than that, using a Turntable system over manpower maintains stability and quality of the outcome for most applications. The figure below shows one of our successful projects that holds parts to rotate in two different axes in order to weld and other fabrication processes at most angles and minimize the blind spot of the workpiece. Any other types of turntable with customized dimensions, requirements and applications can be custom designed.
