This is a standalone machine from ‘Corrugated Fins Wall Former System’.
Corrugated Fins are part of a core component from the Radiator system in Power and Distribution Transformer. These fins are made from Mild Steel coil. It can withstand expansion and contraction of the oil and is designed to provide a large surface area to dissipate the heat generated by Transformer.
The main working principle of this machine is to weld on the opening at the side of fins wall, creating an airtight seal that is capable for oil pressure within the radiator system. The machine is designed to cater different dimensions of fins wall with adjustable welding length. This machine is automated upon receiving parts from its inlet, with a sensor ready to detect the presence of the feeding part, and then it works itself until completion and ejects the completed part at its outlet.
