Cutting a Wire Cable to a Fused and Twisted Tapered end provides extra strength on the cutting end and making the final outcome easy insertion into any other attachment.
The secret behind a good Fused and Twisted Tapered end is a well-designed and tuned cutting setup. Our machine uses the best Chromium Copper to produce heat onto the wire up to just right temperatures, and then it twists the Wire Cable to provide a nice cut. Finally the Wire Cable piece will be ejected.
Our Wire Cable Cutting Machine, model WCC-05 is a fully automated wire cable cutting machine. It is designed to cut cable with Fused and Twisted Tapered plain ends at a high cutting rate, as speedy as 6 seconds per piece (Ø2mm, length of 350mm).
