De-palletizing system helps remove the pallet from the stacks of incoming materials and goods, in order for the goods to be further processed or repackaged. This is a common method to handle bulky incoming materials or goods.
The figures below show one of the past de-palletizer projects, located in a soft drinks processing factory. The de-palletizing system is installed with a robotic arm to remove pallets and arrange the goods onto a conveyor. This project involves complete fabrication of conveyors, robot EOAT gripper, and safety fences. Other than that, it also requires PLC to control the system and instruct the robot.
