Palletizing system provides automatic stacking cases of goods or products onto a pallet in properly arranged stacks for the ease of packing and shipping. The system improves efficiency especially when the goods are heavy and bulky. Automatic palletizing utilizing a robot with proper robot EOAT gripper to perform pick and place work to arrange goods from conveyor onto pallet that ease the whole process.
The figures below show one of our past pick and place palletizer projects located in a Calcium Carbonate manufacturer in Malaysia. The system involves a conveyor extended right until the filling station, where the labor manual fills the bag to correct weight and puts it onto the conveyor, then the bag will be conveyed to the picking station, ready to be picked by the robot. Along the conveying path, a pneumatic mechanism is implemented to press the bag flat and release the extra air in the bag, in order to create a more uniform stack when palletizing.
